  • Methylmalonic acid (MMA)

Chromatographic separation of succinic acid
3PLUS1® Multilevel Calibrator Set

Description

This reagent kit allows the specific determination of methylmalonic acid in plasma/serum and urine using LC-MS/MS. The use of special clean-up tubes enables the removal of interfering compounds quickly and effectively. The isobaric succinic acid is separated chromatographically.

The use of a stable, isotope-labelled internal standard and the 3PLUS1® plasma and urine multilevel calibrators minimise ion suppression effects and ensure high performance of the analysis method.

Please see accessories for the additional urine upgrade set.
