Description

6PLUS1® Multilevel Urine Calibrator Set Total Metanephrines (free + conjugated), lyophilised
For MassChrom® Biogenic Amines/Metabolites in Urine with Sample Clean Up Columns or 96 SPE Well Filter Plates.

These lyophilised calibrators from Chromsystems are based on human urine and should be used according to the instruction manual. They are designed to calibrate the measurement method in clinical diagnostics for the quantitative determination of the total metanephrines (free + conjugated) in urine. While following the instructions the calibrators should be handled and measured in the same manner as a patient specimen.

These calibrators are only available as multilevel calibrator set with 6 different concentration levels plus 1 blank value.

 Please note that this 6PLUS1® Multilevel Calibrator Set can only be purchased in combination with the Sample Prep Sets 80700/96 or 80700/C.

Reconstitution

Carefully remove the rubber stopper from the vial. Add exactly 2.0 ml of distilled water into the vial. Replace the stopper and allow to sit for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature. Swirl the vial to dissolve the contents until homogeneity.

Storage conditions

Stored below -18 °C unopened calibration standards are stable until the expiry date which is stated on the vial labels.The reconstituted calibration standards can be stored up to 4 weeks tightly capped and light protected at +2 to +8 °C. If the calibrators cannot be analysed within this period, they should be frozen below -18 °C (up to 3 months).
